SCHOOL PRIORITIES  2025-2026

OBJECTIVES

 

Objective 1  - Pupil Premium Pupils and Attendance
Reduce persistent absenteeism and improve overall attendance rates for Pupil Premium pupils, ensuring their access to learning by monitoring, implementing targeted interventions and fostering a culture of regular
attendance.

Objective 2 - Pupil Premium Pupils and SEND

Provide effective and inclusive support for Pupil Premium pupils with SEND, improving learning outcomes and wellbeing, ensuring consistent in-class and targeted support and fostering strong relationships with families through early identification, tailored interventions and inclusive teaching practices.

 Objective 3 Pupil Premium Pupils and broad and wide curriculum

Ensure Pupil Premium pupils have full access to a rich, broad curriculum—promoting increased engagement, personal development and equitable cultural and enrichment opportunities. 

Objective 4  - Pupil Premium Pupils and GDS

Support Pupil Premium pupils to achieve Greater Depth (GDS) in Reading, Writing and Mathematics by raising aspirations and confidence, enhancing challenge and support in classrooms and increasing the number of Pupil Premium pupils achieving GDS. 

Objective 5 Pupil Premium Pupils and Families

Strengthen engagement with Pupil Premium families, fostering strong home-school partnerships to enhance the wellbeing and academic achievement of Pupil Premium pupils in a collaborative school community.
