TFL Travel for Life

TfL Travel for Life is an accreditation programme that WAPS is a part of. The goal is to increase active and sustainable travel options when travelling to and from school, reduce car use and improve safety. At WAPS, we promote active travel through a variety of themed activities throughout the year. The overarching aims are:

·       Reduce congestion in the local area

·       Improve road safety through educating our pupils

·       Improve health and wellbeing

WAPS have achieved GOLD accreditation for the work we do for active travel. We continue to work towards maintaining this GOLD accreditation each year.
