What is an Eco School?

Eco Schools are a charity, passionate about engaging young people in environmental education and action. Eco School status is achieved by completing seven steps that empowers and motivates pupils to drive change and improve environmental awareness in their school, local community and beyond. West Acton have worked hard over the past few years, making small changes within the school to have a positive impact on the environment. The school was recognised for our actions and were awarded our Eco School accreditation.
